Processing & Shipping Time

Orders placed on business days before 11:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 PM or during the weekend are processed on the next business day. During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a track & trace link.

Shipping Costs

For orders within the Netherlands, we offer free shipping on orders over €75. For orders below this amount, we charge €4.95 in shipping costs. Different shipping rates apply to international orders. The exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed automatically once you enter the delivery country during checkout.

Delivery & Delivery Time

Our orders are delivered by DHL. They aim to deliver your package within 1–2 business days. Would you like to change the delivery address after shipment, for example to a DHL ServicePoint? You can easily arrange this yourself via the track & trace link you receive from DHL. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we are no longer able to make any changes.
