Returns :
Not satisfied with your order? It is possible to return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. A return must be sent with Track & Trace. The sender is always responsible for shipping and shipping costs. If you return a package, Minre is not responsible for the shipment. Don't forget to include your packing slip with the reason for return, otherwise we cannot process it. You will receive an email within 2 weeks as soon as your return has been processed. Please keep your return receipt until we have processed it. You can download a return label via the link below.

Return conditions:
If we receive an item returned that is not satisfactory
If you meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept these
contract.
- The order must be returned in the original packaging .
- The item must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged. The labels must be attached to the item
to be confirmed. - Be careful with make-up: an item with make-up stains will not be returned.
- Orders that fall outside the return period of 14 days will not be returned.
- No washing guarantee is given. Problems arising after washing are your own responsibility.
- Jewelry and swimwear may not be exchanged or returned for reasons of hygiene.
Can you return a store purchase?
If you purchased items from us in store, you can of course exchange them in store or return them within 14 days. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return a store purchase online.
Can you return an online purchase in the store?
You can return items you purchased online to the store.
Is it possible to exchange an item?
It is not possible to exchange an item. Would you like a different size or color? Then you can place a new order yourself and return the current item to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that any discounts will expire with the new order.
Returning items from multiple orders
It is no problem to return items from different orders together. As long as both orders fall within the return period, you can return items from multiple orders in one registration. This option is automatically visible when registering your return! You will receive a return label with which you can return the items together in one shipment. Don't forget to add the packing slips to the package.
Complaint
Have you received the wrong item, wrong size, is a product missing or is the product damaged? Do not return the item yet, we cannot reimburse return costs incurred afterwards, but email us at webshop@minre.nl . Don't forget to add your order number and photos when applicable. Our customer service will contact you within 5 working days for a suitable solution!
