Shipping
Within the Netherlands, orders of €75 or more are shipped free of charge. For orders below €75, a standard shipping fee of €4.95 applies.
For orders to other countries, different shipping rates apply. The shipping costs for international orders will be displayed during checkout.
You can easily track your order using the track & trace code, which you will receive by email once your package has been shipped. This code allows you to follow your order in real time and see the current location of your package.
It’s possible that the email with your Track & Trace code ended up in your spam folder, or there may be a typo in your email address. Please feel free to contact our customer service at webshop@minre.nl, and we’ll be happy to help you!
If you order before 11:00 PM on workdays, your package will be shipped the same day. If you place an order with us on Friday after 11:00 PM, your package will be delivered on Tuesday. When you order from Belgium, the delivery time is 1-3 working days.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed. Our orders are processed automatically, meaning changes or cancellations are no longer possible once the process has started. We recommend carefully checking your order before confirming it.
If you have placed an order and wish to return it, the return costs will be at your own expense.
Returns
You can easily register a return through our returns portal. In just a few simple steps, you can create your return label and pay for it directly. The return cost within the Netherlands is €5.25 if you drop off your return at the post office yourself.
It is not possible to exchange an item online. If the size is not suitable, you can return the item. For a different size, a new order must be placed. In-store it is possible to exchange an item free of charge.
If you purchased items in our store, you can of course exchange or return them in-store within 14 days. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return an in-store purchase online.
You can return items purchased online free of charge in-store. All you need for the return are the items you wish to send back and the packing slip. You do not need to bring the box in which you received your order.
It is no problem to return items from different orders together. As long as both orders are within the return period, you can return items from multiple orders at the same time. You only need to register one of the orders for the return. Don’t forget to include the packing slips in the package.
If we receive an item that does not meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept it.
- The order must be returned in its original plastic packaging and shipping box.
- The item must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- All labels must remain attached to the item.
- Be careful with makeup: items with makeup stains cannot be returned.
- Orders returned after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.
- No washing guarantee is provided; any issues that arise after washing are at your own risk.
- Jewelry and swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.

For example, enter ORD12345 for the order number and 1234 AB for the postcode. Don't forget to add ORD before the order number! This should allow you to request a return label.

Processing returns takes an average of two weeks. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email and the amount will be refunded. Thank you for your patience!
